Landscape Contest (2006)
2006-01-31 [Zab]: Who will judge? :P
2006-01-31 [Mr.Scoop]: Me, aaaaaaaaaaaaaa
2006-02-01 [Silverbullet]: Aye! Me counts! *punts*
2006-02-01 [Mr.Scoop]: Huh? Wanna be a judge?
2006-02-01 [Silverbullet]: sure... do i get dental?
2006-02-01 [Zab]: Write who will judge here then! :P Write those you know..:P
2006-02-01 [Mr.Scoop]: *points at top of page* ^__________^
2006-02-01 [Zab]: :P
2006-02-01 [Mr.Scoop]: There is now an example ^^
2006-02-02 [iippo]: I'll enter though I'm not wickedly good... But at least I'll get some practice.
2006-02-02 [Mr.Scoop]: Yay! One contestant! *joy* ^___^ Just remember that the actual contest page is Landscape Contest ^^
2006-02-02 [iippo]: But what is the agenda on reference? It's ok to use reference, as long as any part of the image used doesn't end up into the end product (i.e. can look at someone's eye to make a proper eye, no paint-overs or shuss like that)?
2006-02-02 [Mr.Scoop]: Yea of course, you can recreate something, as long as everything in the image that you enter was made from a blank page. Cause wether you're looking at an image to reacreate it or recreating an image you have in your mind, it's the same. As long as everything in the image you enter was created from nothing it's good ^^
2006-02-02 [Mr.Scoop]: It's kinda hard to explain but do you understand what I mean?
2006-02-02 [iippo]: I understand. Just making sure, because I always use reference (either my imagination is that bad or I'm a pro :P) and there have been cases where I enter a contest and people tell me "you copied your picture you poohead!" And I blink and say "you mean this one I used as a reference?" And I assume wide interpretation
